Activities in the Human Resources Area
Based on Competence Maps, we carry out competence audits of people employed at specific positions in order to determine their competency gaps. Based on diagnosed competency gaps, we create Individual Support Paths for individual employees – “fast” training programs whose aim is to bridge competence gaps in the most sensitive professional areas. At the organizational level, we prepare training and coaching programs whose aim is to achieve appropriate competences (understood as well-established desirable behavior patterns) by employees in the planned time.
