Description of Work Standards and Competence Maps

As part of the adopted organizational structure of the Company, we describe task posts (Position Cards). We create a list of tasks characteristic for a given job position and establish business relationships, subordination and communication patterns. On the basis of developed Position Cards, we develop Competence Maps, defining the scope of competences needed to perform the job properly and the position. We develop the Competence Maps in three areas:

Personality – determines the maximum convergence with the Position Card, the personality profile of the employee employed in a given position.
Competence – defines the range of soft and hard competences needed to effectively perform work on a given position.
Qualifications – defines the necessary qualifications necessary for proper performance of a job at a given position.
