Coaching is a process that allows you to transfer the knowledge acquired during trainings to persistent behaviors desired by the organization (competencies). Without this stage, it is virtually impossible to achieve a permanent change in the way the trainee does work. In our work, we use the tool which is operational coaching by ourselves leading this process as the next stage after the training, or we teach the company’s managers how to run it. Conducting individual coaching, we care for the proper personal development of employees and their appropriate attitude to the processes of change in the Company, directly affecting the motivation of people involved in the process.
